| Under normal circumstances December 8th would have seen many of our Brethren from West Lancashire converging on London for the Annual Royal Ark Mariner Grand Assembly and this year it would have been to support our recipients of RAM Grand Rank. |

| Congratulations to all four of these worthy Brethren and although we will not be able to partake of our usual celebration with them, we hope it will not detract from the honour conferred by the Grand Master. |
